RECLAIM YOUR IMAAN!!

This generation believes in Free exchange of ideas? I value this. Do you?

I do not write very frequently, but I always took my time out to ponder about the paradoxical nature on which our society revolves around.  What just always leaves me in unease is such ironic state of people to put fingers and pointing out other's beliefs. We are individuals and each one of us has the right to choose for ourselves.

Stories, never come from an undefined start! This story too, has the observations that I just confronted recently. I always refrain from discussing people about the beliefs they have and I have. I hold this as a personal thing of every individual since,  by discussing this matter, you allow people and give them room to debate over yourself. I maintain my intuitive definition about making general judgement about  person or people without much knowledge which eventually,  leads to treating people unjustly, unfairly, defaming someone, belittling others, condemning and creating double standards towards them.

I believe one's religious beliefs should not exist in an impenetrable and inviolable bubble. Respecting the difference of opinions or least confining it to yourself is the key of nurturing a healthy and a friendly environment. We do not choose our race, sexual orientation or biological sex but we do choose whether or not we wish to adhere to and believe in particular religious narratives.

I cannot understand the mantra of religious folks that typically disagree with other's content of philosophy and will always try to offer religious "remedies" to the "problem" at hand in the way they understand. I strongly believe, All modes of worship are one and the same do we worship. Lord! is not your, Lord!is not mine. Neither he claims you, Nor should you own Him. The Lord is universal but the human beings in the universe differ in their attitudes.

Well, the truth is there will always be differences between people, it was from centuries and it will be till eternity.

There are hell of things to write on this long, undigested topic, which have no start and no end yet you can pour out the frustration and unfold the ironic side of many.

O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them, not let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them.[Quran 49:11]
